, within the framework of the INGENIUM
European University Alliance,
the Blended Intensive Programme entitled
“Teaching Environment and Environmental Sustainability in the Third

European Framework”.

The initiative, organised in collaboration with the University of
Oviedo (Spain)
, focuses on innovation in teaching environment and
environmental sustainability. From a European and transnational
perspective, the programme will address innovative teaching
methodologies, virtual environments, the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence in

higher education, and the development of joint educational activities.

The programme includes an online phase on 10–11 September 2026,
followed by an in-person intensive week from 22 to 26 September 2026
at the University of Oviedo, Spain.

The BIP involves 10 professors and technicians from UdA and also
involves the “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iaşi (Romania),
the University of Crete (Greece) and Hochschule Karlsruhe (Germany).

Biologists, chemists, physicists, geologists, environmental engineers,

education regarding nature, the environment, and environmental sustainability.

The programme represents an important opportunity for cooperation
among European universities, fostering the exchange of good practices,
experimentation with innovative approaches to higher education and the
development of future joint educational initiatives in the fields of
environment and sustainability.
